Bill Rugg
Founder
Bill is the founder of Pintail and is responsible for day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the company. He is actively involved in sourcing off-market opportunities for buyer clients while managing relationships with investors. Since launching his career in real estate, Bill has been involved in over $1B in purchase and sale transactions in the commercial and residential space. Bill enjoys the transactional nature of brokerage and has personally closed over 100 transactions for institutional buyers over the last 2 years.
Bill began his real estate career at CBRE in 2007 and didn’t get involved in the residential arena until the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis. He has served in an operations capacity for portfolio companies backed by Blackstone and Starwood, both considered pioneers in the single-family rental space. He maintains a strong conviction in housing and foresees further consolidation, innovation and integration paving the way for commercialized success in the industry.

Jeff Meeker

Jeffs brings 5 years of experience in both public and private capital markets to his role at Pintail Real Estate Group. Prior to Pintail, Jeff worked at Wingstop as a senior financial analyst specializing in FP&A and Investor Relations. Before Wingstop, Jeff was an associate at Sharenett Securities where he implemented and co-lead their investor relations program, and supported marketing and operation functions.

Brian is a recent college graduate with a diverse background of work experiences in sports and music. Brian graduated from Southern Methodist University with a bachelors in Marketing and Sociology. Brian comes from a family with a long history in the residential real estate industry, both his father and grandfather sold residential in the Philadelphia area.
